What's the Acquirer add-on?
The Acquirer add-on is a $199/mo extension to any operator tier — or, if you don't operate any venues, a standalone subscription for pure investors. It adds M&A research tools to the operator dashboard.
What it includes
- AI scorecard on every deal. Click any establishment in your search results or watchlist; get a score on acquisition fit (1-10) plus a written breakdown of strengths, risks, and questions to ask.
- Owner-contact enrichment. Phone, email, principal name, mailing address — all sourced from public ILSOS filings + Google Maps + verified email lookups. Refreshed quarterly.
- Comparable-set analysis. For any target venue, the 10 most-similar venues by zip + license type + VGT count + NTI tier. The standard appraisal method for IL VGT business sales.
- Municipality regulation tracker. VGT cap, license moratoria, hours restrictions, revenue caps — by municipality. Manually researched, perpetual moat.
- TO concentration analysis. Who's the placement Terminal Operator, switching cost flag.
- Tax-tier curve calculator. The actual graduated NTI tax rate for any venue, not the flat-35% approximation. Read why this matters.
- Advanced alerts + unlimited watchlists. Track unlimited establishments; get notified when an alert condition triggers (NTI delta > X% MoM, license-transfer detected, etc.).
Who needs it
- Investor-acquirers building a portfolio of IL VGT venues
- Operators who also actively look for additional venues to buy
- Brokers / accountants doing transaction support for clients
Who doesn't need it
- Operators happy running their existing venue without acquisition plans — the operator-tier features (Pro/Multi/Group) cover competitor benchmarking and market visibility without the M&A overhead.
Acquirer alone vs. with an operator tier
You can subscribe to Acquirer standalone ($199/mo) without claiming a venue — you get just the M&A toolkit, no operator dashboard. Or you stack it on top of Pro/Multi/Group/Enterprise. Most operator-investors do the latter; pure investors do the former.
Availability
The Acquirer add-on becomes purchasable when the Phase 2 features ship. Until then, you can join the waitlist on the pricing page to be notified at launch.
