What is FloorRadar?

FloorRadar turns the public Illinois Gaming Board monthly data into a real tool for two kinds of buyers: operators running venues with VGTs, and investor-acquirers looking for venues to buy.

For operators

Every month the IGB publishes ~8,500 rows of CSV data — every licensed VGT venue in Illinois, with NTI, funds in, win percentage, and machine count. FloorRadar imports it, normalizes the formatting, and gives you four things you couldn't get from the raw file:

• Your venue's NTI ranked against your municipality and the state
• Nearby competitors sorted by NTI per VGT
• Underperforming venues within a radius (the "Opportunities" tab)
• Curated industry news with AI summaries and relevance tags

For acquirers

Same data, different lens. Instead of "how am I doing," the question is "where's the next deal." The Acquirer add-on adds:

• AI scorecards on every potential target
• Owner contact enrichment — phone, email, principal name
• Comparable-set analysis (10 most-similar venues)
• Per-municipality regulation tracker
• Terminal Operator concentration analysis
• Tax-tier curve calculator

What it isn't

FloorRadar isn't a transaction platform. We don't broker deals. We don't make introductions. We surface the public data and the patterns inside it; what you do with that information is up to you.
