How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is self-service via the Stripe Customer Portal. No support ticket required, no "are you sure" friction loop.
Steps
- Log in to FloorRadar.
- Click your account icon (top right) → Manage billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm.
What happens next
You keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account drops to the Lite (free) tier — your claimed venue stays linked, you keep your deal pipeline data and watchlists in read-only mode, but you lose access to Pro/Multi/Group/Acquirer features.
Your data is not deleted. If you reactivate within 90 days, everything comes back. After 90 days of inactive cancellation, we may purge cached enrichment data per our data-retention policy (your venue claim, deals, and notes still persist).

Pausing instead of cancelling
If you just want to pause, downgrading to Lite (free) accomplishes most of the same thing without losing the account or the data. You keep the venue claim and the deal pipeline; you just don't get the paid features. Reactivate any time.
I cancelled but I'm still being charged
That's a bug — email support@floorradar.com immediately with your account email and we'll resolve it. We never silently re-charge cancelled accounts.
