About FloorRadar

Built by an Illinois VGT operator who got tired of staring at IGB CSVs.

I'm Ken. I run an Illinois bar with a small VGT floor. Every month, the Illinois Gaming Board publishes a CSV of every licensed venue in the state — net terminal income, funds in, win percentage, the works. The data is gold. The format is hostile.

For a long time I'd download the file, fight it into a spreadsheet, and try to answer four questions:

The spreadsheet answered some of these slowly. None of them well. I built FloorRadar for myself first — and then realized other operators and acquirers in this market had the same problem.

Why "self-service"

Operators in this industry don't want sales calls. They want the data, the insight, and the price. So FloorRadar is built that way. There's a free Lite tier with a sample dashboard so you can poke around. There's a live preview with synthetic data so you can see the workflow without signing up. There's honest pricing with a calculator that runs against your own numbers — we don't claim a specific NTI lift; you pick the assumption.

If something doesn't work or you have a question, email support@floorradar.com. Async, 24-business-hour response. No Calendly link. No 30-minute "discovery call." That's not respect for your time.

What it costs

Pricing scales by how many venues you operate, anchored to a simple principle: every operator tier costs roughly 0.3-0.5% of your annual operator pocket. If FloorRadar lifts your NTI by even 1%, you've doubled your money. That's not marketing — it's the math. Run the numbers.

What's coming

The product roadmap is on the changelog for what's shipped and the in-app roadmap modal for what's planned. The biggest near-term work is the Acquirer toolkit — AI scorecards on deal targets, owner contact enrichment, comparable-set analysis, regulation tracker per municipality, TO concentration analysis. If you're a VGT investor or operator-investor, that toolkit is being built for you.

How to get in touch

Email is the channel: support@floorradar.com. I read everything. If FloorRadar isn't doing what you need, I want to hear about it.
