How often does the data refresh?

FloorRadar refreshes on the cadence the underlying source publishes. Different data has different cadences.

IGB monthly NTI data — monthly

The IGB publishes the prior month's data around the 5th-10th business day of the following month. We import within 24 hours of publication. So January data lands in your dashboard around February 7-14, February data around March 7-14, and so on.

This cadence is set by the state, not us. Don't expect daily or weekly updates on your NTI — that's not how IGB reporting works.

IGB news + board meeting minutes — daily

Press releases, proposed rules, and board meeting summaries are scraped daily. AI summaries with relevance tags appear in the Industry Pulse tab within an hour of publication.

Owner contact data (Acquirer add-on) — quarterly

ILSOS officer/agent data refreshes quarterly. If a venue's officers change between refreshes, you may see stale data for up to 90 days. We surface the last-refresh date on every contact card so you know how recent the info is.

Google Maps data (Acquirer add-on) — quarterly

Phone numbers, websites, ratings — same quarterly cadence. Frequent enough to catch most changes; not so frequent that we burn through the Maps API quota.

Your dashboard — real-time

Your subscription tier, claimed venues, deals, watchlists, and notes are stored in our database and update instantly when you change them.

What if I see stale data?

If the IGB has published new data and you don't see it in FloorRadar after 48 hours, email support@floorradar.com. Sometimes their PDF/CSV format changes and our import needs a small fix.
