How do I claim my venue?

Claiming your venue links your FloorRadar account to a specific IGB-licensed establishment. Once claimed, your dashboard shows your real venue's data instead of synthetic preview data.

What you need

• Your venue's IGB license number
• A verification document — usually a recent IGB filing or a Certificate of Liquor License showing your name and the establishment name

Steps

1. Log in to FloorRadar.
2. From the Dashboard tab, click Claim a venue.
3. Start typing your venue's name — autocomplete pulls from the IGB-licensed-establishment list.
4. Select the matching venue. Confirm the address.
5. Upload a verification document (PDF, JPG, PNG, or HEIC; max 10MB). Mobile users can use their camera directly.
6. Submit. We review and approve within 24 business hours.

What happens after approval

Once approved, your dashboard switches from synthetic preview data to your real venue. The Opportunities tab shows underperforming nearby venues. The Map tab centers on your address. Your venue ranks in the local market view.

Multi-venue operators

If you operate 2+ venues, you'll see a Multi/Group/Enterprise upgrade prompt during claim. Multi-site UX ships in v1.0.5 (4-6 weeks post-launch); single-claim flow works for solo operators today.

Troubleshooting

If your venue doesn't show in autocomplete, the IGB license database may not yet have it indexed. Email support@floorradar.com with the license number and we'll handle the manual claim.
