Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: 2026-05-09 ยท Last updated: 2026-05-09
What's allowed
- Researching IL VGT venues for operational benchmarking
- Researching IL VGT venues for legitimate acquisition / investment evaluation
- Sharing reports + dashboards with your business partners, accountants, attorneys, and advisors as needed for your work
- Exporting your own data for offline analysis
- Using the data we surface to make better decisions about your venue, your portfolio, your acquisitions
What's not allowed
- Bulk scraping or re-distribution of FloorRadar data. The government-validated market data is public; the way we present it, enrich it, and structure it is our work product. Don't scrape it for resale.
- Using owner-contact data for spam. The Acquirer-tier owner-contact enrichment is for legitimate one-to-one outreach about specific acquisition interest. Cold-emailing the entire list with unrelated promotions is abuse.
- Reverse-engineering the automated scorecards. The scoring methodology is part of the product; querying scorecards at scale to extract the underlying logic or replicate the system isn't a permitted use.
- Sharing your account credentials. One human, one login. If multiple people in your business need access, use multi-user features (when shipped) or buy multiple subscriptions.
- Anything illegal. Standard catch-all. Stalking, harassment, fraud, gaming-law violations โ not allowed.
Reporting abuse
If someone is misusing FloorRadar data against you or your venue (spam, harassment, etc.), use our contact form with details. We investigate.
Consequences of violations
Minor first-time violations: warning + remediation. Repeat or serious violations: account suspension, termination, and forfeit of any unused subscription period (no refund for AUP-violation terminations). Illegal activity: also reported to law enforcement when appropriate.
